We Work With a Layered Production Model.
In our 8,000 m2 production facility we bring wood, metal, plexi, acrylic and composite materials together within the same project. We manage CNC cutting, laser cutting, metal welding, woodworking and surface coating processes from a single center.
By carrying decisions made at the design stage directly onto the production line, we run a controlled process at every scale, from prototype to series production.

Technical Review
Industrial design outputs and technical drawings are transferred to production engineering. Material, technique and tolerance decisions are finalized.

Prototype
The first production sample is built. Dimensions, material and assembly fit are verified physically.

Approval
The prototype is submitted for client approval. Any revisions are completed at this stage.

Series Production
Series production starts from the approved prototype. In chain-store projects the same quality standard is kept across every unit.

Quality Control
Dimensions, material and assembly fit are checked in every batch. Faulty production is detected before it reaches the field.

Packaging & Delivery
Products are packed assembly-ready and handed over to our logistics and on-site installation teams.

For products such as gondolas, display units, pylons, channel letters and shop-in-shop structures, pricing is determined per project based on material type, quantity, size and installation requirements. We prepare quotes at every scale, from a single prototype to a chain-store rollout.

We produce with more than 45 materials including wood, MDF, melamine board, metal, aluminum, iron, steel, plexi, acrylic, PVC, composite panel, glass, ceramic and leather. We combine different materials within the same project.
We build a prototype before series production. Once dimensions, material and assembly fit are verified on a physical sample, we move to series production with client approval.
We do not apply a minimum order quantity. We produce at any scale, from a single prototype to chain-store projects of thousands of units.
Dimensions, material and assembly fit are checked in every batch. In chain-store projects we maintain quality tracking throughout the process so every unit meets the same standard.
